Position: Worley Automation Controls Engineer Role
Become a pivotal part of Worley Consulting as an Automation & Controls Engineer in a hybrid role focused on driving automation engineering projects in Houston, Texas, or Alberta, Canada.

In this full-time position, you will leverage advanced technologies to enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability in various operations. Applicants should have a strong background in PLC and DCS configurations, and 10-12+ years of management experience in control systems projects. You will work across engineering phases and interact with diverse technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage automation project execution from concept to completion

• Coordinate with engineering partners and contractors

• Engineer and commission complex automation projects

• Build and utilize FAT and SAT protocols for quality assurance

• Take responsibility for project metrics and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or related engineering field

• 10-12+ years leading automation and controls projects

• Proficient in programming DCS and PLC systems

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Previous experience in EPC roles preferred
