In this role, you will work cross-functionally with various departments, tackling technical challenges and long-term initiatives to enhance safety and environmental performance. Your responsibilities include leading the materials and integrity program, managing corrosion controls, and developing inspection plans for critical assets. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing performance and reliability at Kearl.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead materials/integrity program for piping, tanks, and vessels
• Manage corrosion control and update equipment strategies
• Review technologies and assess material viability
• Develop detailed inspection plans for contractors
• Support future spend activities and planning processes
Requirements:
• Mechanical or Materials Engineering Degree with P.Eng designation
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in engineering
• Knowledge of design standards and materials selection
• Experience in Oil and Gas or Petrochemicals
• Strong ability to work independently and with contractors
Develop your expertise in materials integrity while contributing to Imperial's commitment to lower emissions and safety.
