CIMA+ is seeking a skilled Intermediate Transportation Planning Engineer to enhance its mobility team in Calgary, Alberta. You will lead transportation planning studies and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets. Work closely with transportation planners and engineers, utilizing your expertise to create effective solutions addressing public and private sector needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead transportation planning studies and impact assessments
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Analyze and develop practical transportation solutions
• Build relationships with municipal and private clients
• Mentor junior staff through project guidance
Requirements:
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Alberta
• Minimum 7 years of experience in transportation engineering
• Experience with the City of Calgary and Alberta agencies
• Knowledge of Canadian transportation standards and TAC guidelines
• Proficiency in relevant software like Synchro and HCS
