OCS​/TPS Engineering Manager

Lead critical rail electrification projects at AtkinsRéalis as the Systems OCS/TPS Manager in Calgary. Oversee engineering assurance, project delivery, and contractor management across the Calgary Green Line Project.
As the Systems OCS/TPS Manager, you'll play a vital role leading the engineering and technical oversight of the Overhead Catenary System and Traction Power Substations. This position demands extensive experience with major rail projects and managing multidisciplinary teams. Your main objective will be ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards while providing technical governance across various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Systems and electrical engineering package delivery

• Manage contracts, budgets, and project timelines

• Oversee design management and contractor performance

• Implement project execution plans and procurement support

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations
Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering

• P.Eng. registration or eligibility with APEGA

• 15+ years of project management experience

• Proven track record in railway infrastructure projects

• Experience as Engineer of Record in significant projects
