At Startec Compression & Process, we're seeking an Applications Engineer for our Glenmore Office. This role involves analyzing client specifications, coordinating vendor quotations, and delivering tailored technical proposals. You'll engage in equipment sizing and process simulation to meet project goals while enhancing overall departmental efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer inquiries for critical information

• Develop detailed technical proposals for equipment

• Optimize equipment sizing using software tools

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate RFQs

• Document and communicate specifications effectively

Requirements:

• P.Eng. designation in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering

• 4-6 years of experience in the energy industry

• Familiarity with gas processing systems required

• Proficient in process simulation software like Symmetry

• Strong analytical and communication skills
