Project Engineer for Oil & Gas

Join NSB Omega as a Project Engineer for a renowned Oil & Gas client in Calgary, AB. This role emphasizes engineering design evaluations with specific focus on budget and schedule adherence.

The Project Engineer will engage in project evaluations and ensure compliance with industry policies. You will be accountable for technical support, working closely with the Project Team and contractors. This position reveals potential issues through data reviews, focusing on efficient project delivery and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Invitation to Tender (ITT) development and bid evaluations

• Identify and source long lead equipment for engineering support

• Coordinate development of client deliverables and project specifications

• Serve as the interface between Project Team and Contractors

• Manage change requests and endorse authorizations

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of previous experience in project roles

• Experience with Brownfield Projects in engineering planning

• Multi-discipline experience in project management and controls

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English
