Hardware Verification Engineer

Hexagon seeks a Hardware Verification Engineer in Calgary, Alberta to ensure compliance in GNSS product development. This role requires strong testing strategies and regulatory knowledge.

As part of Hexagon’s Autonomous Solutions division, you will collaborate with product development teams to plan and execute hardware verification activities. Key tasks include interpreting environmental standards, developing test plans, and engaging with certification agencies. Your expertise will ensure product compliance and continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret environmental and safety test standards for products

• Review hardware/system requirements and design documents

• Develop comprehensive test strategies for product compliance

• Coordinate verification activities with test plans and records

• Conduct systems-level testing using specialized measurement tools

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or related Electronics Engineering Technology

• Proven experience in electronic hardware product development

• Proficient with specialized test equipment like oscilloscopes

• Ability to prepare technical documentation effectively

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
