Position: Senior Environmental Modeller at WSP
Lead impactful water quality modelling projects with WSP as a Senior Environmental Modeller. Drive innovative solutions in the mining and natural resources sectors through advanced modelling techniques.

WSP is expanding its team of senior professionals in water quality and hydrodynamic modelling.

This role offers the chance to mentor a team while delivering comprehensive solutions for environmental assessments. You will play an essential role in shaping major developments using your expertise in complex datasets and numerical modelling approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and delivery of water quality models

• Provide strategic direction on modelling tools

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary environmental teams

• Author and review technical reports for stakeholders

• Mentor junior professionals to develop future leaders

Requirements:

• MSc or PhD in relevant discipline

• 10+ years in hydrodynamic modelling projects

• Expertise in CE-QUAL-W2 or similar platforms

• Strong knowledge of Canadian regulatory processes

• Excellent technical writing and presentation skills
