Senior Electrical Engineer with Design Focus

We seek a Senior Electrical Engineer to contribute to our projects from the office with some site travel. Specialize in electrical design and coordination across various systems.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering along with a solid 10-15+ years of experience in engineering and design. Familiarity with industries like Oil & Gas is preferred, and expertise in LV & MV systems is crucial. You will evaluate vendor bids, check electrical packages, and support site construction as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare technical documents for HV distribution and MCC systems

• Create detailed load and equipment lists

• Conduct vendor bid package evaluations and drawing reviews

• Develop system designs for control systems

• Oversee equipment FAT and inspections

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering

• 10-15+ years of engineering and design experience

• Professional Engineer (APEGA PEng) certification

• Technical skills in motor control and VFD systems

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
