This pivotal role involves managing complex substation projects with a strong focus on engineering deliverables. You will mentor team members, ensure deliverable quality, and collaborate with industry experts. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and review drawings and calculations for substations
• Mentor EITs and junior engineers for skill enhancement
• Perform thorough quality control for engineering outputs
• Collaborate with senior engineers on specialized projects
• Contribute technical insights through papers and presentations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering mandatory
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience required
• Professional engineering license (e.g., PE or P.Eng)
• Strong proficiency in Power Market design software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
