Project Engineer for Land Development

The position is for a motivated Project Engineer with a strong foundation in civil engineering and at least 5 years of experience. This role emphasizes project management, technical design, and approvals coordination while working collaboratively with clients and contractors. You will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective communication and the application of civil engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead land development projects with proactive communication

• Collaborate with clients to define project scopes

• Apply civil engineering principles to infrastructure projects

• Prepare technical reports, plans, and construction documents

• Coach and mentor junior engineers and technologists

Requirements:

• Civil or Environmental Engineering degree

• 5+ years of relevant experience in land development

• Registered or eligible for registration with APEGA

• Strong AutoCAD and civil design software skills

• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence for site travel
