Internship: Chemical Engineering in Oil Sands

As a Chemical Engineering Student, you will be part of our Oil Sands Projects team for an impactful 8 to 12-month internship. You'll assist Senior Engineers in solving design problems and gain practical insights into areas such as Utilities and Off-Sites. This role is a perfect blend of academic learning and hands-on application in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support engineering project scope and deliverables
• Conduct hydraulic and pressure drop calculations
• Collaborate on data analysis for engineering design
• Coordinate with other engineering teams and contractors
• Monitor documentation quality through reviews
Requirements:
• Currently studying Chemical Engineering
• Basic knowledge of process operations and design
• Experience with Hysys or UNISIM software
• Strong understanding of design principles
• Alberta Class 5 driver’s license
