We are seeking a Solar PV Solution Engineer based in Calgary, Canada, to support the company's growing North American business.

This role focuses on engineering design, technical solution development, and customer engagement, working closely with global teams to deliver innovative solar solutions.

• Develop and optimize solar PV mounting system solutions
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, CAD designs, and system layouts
• Support technical documentation, certification, and compliance requirements
• Translate customer requirements into engineering specifications
• Collaborate with global engineering, sales, and product teams
• Provide technical support during pre-sales discussions and project execution
• Coordinate engineering deliverables with internal teams and external partners

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in solar PV, renewable energy, or related engineering roles
• Experience with CAD drawings, engineering design, or solar system solutions
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international teams
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainable technology
