This leadership role demands an experienced professional with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 15 years of expertise in hydropower or dams. You will be pivotal in business growth, client engagement, and project delivery, impacting Canada’s energy infrastructure significantly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead regional growth and strategic business development

• Cultivate relationships with clients and utilities

• Direct major hydropower projects as Project Director

• Oversee proposals and presentations across teams

• Collaborate with national leaders on growth plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering; P.Eng. eligibility

• 15+ years in hydropower or dams

• Proven business development success in Canada

• Established network within the industry

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
