Fleet Canada Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Liaison Engineering Specialist with a strong aerospace engineering background. This key role involves evaluating non-conforming products, supporting MRB activities, and providing technical guidance to production teams. Additionally, you will assist in developing training programs related to special processes and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze Discrepant Material Reports for potential dispositions
• Present technical evaluations during MRB activities
• Prepare DMRs for customer submission as needed
• Provide guidance on engineering requirements to teams
• Identify certification needs based on standards and regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing and quality standards
• Experience with non-conformance review and MRB processes
• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
