Telecom Administrator - Cisco Specialist

In this role, you’ll function as the primary expert in Cisco Unified Communications. Your responsibilities will include leading large-scale migrations, managing enterprise telephony, and enhancing overall voice services. Collaborating with stakeholders and guiding L1/L2 engineers, your advanced skills will ensure high availability and disaster recovery in telecom systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Cisco migration and upgrade projects

• Design Cisco voice solutions and manage voice infrastructure

• Perform architecture reviews and health assessments

• Drive technical governance and best practices

• Mentor junior engineers through escalations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 8+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Communications

• In-depth knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and Cisco equipment

• Experience with telecommunication migrations

• Cisco CCNP Collaboration or CCIE preferred
