In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Technical Services, acting as a Technical Authority while driving process innovations and operational improvements. With over 15 years in the oil and gas sector, you'll provide essential engineering support for growth initiatives and major projects while developing crucial performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Management of Change and engineering oversight

• Conduct process modeling and technical evaluations

• Facilitate cross-functional engineering workshops

• Optimize facility operations and asset integrity

• Mentor engineering teams in best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally Chemical Engineering

• P.Eng. registration in Alberta

• Minimum 15 years of industry expertise

• Knowledge of operations and engineering standards

• Strong leadership and facilitation skills
