In this role, you will execute building envelope consulting projects, providing technical guidance while managing project deliverables and budgets. You will lead small to large-scale projects, conduct forensic assessments, and assist with design reviews. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute design and performance assessments for building envelope systems

• Lead projects by managing teams and client relations

• Control project budgets and schedules for on-time delivery

• Conduct forensic inspections and write detailed reports

• Assist in preparation of specifications and design drawings

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of building envelope consulting experience

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields required

• P.Eng. or P.L.Eng. registration considered an asset

• Strong project management and leadership skills

• Willingness to work at heights and travel as necessary
