As a critical team member, you will be responsible for guiding the Distribution Engineering team in producing high-quality designs and engineering packages. You'll work closely with stakeholders to resolve design challenges and ensure compliance with all relevant standards while mentoring less experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead design reviews for distribution engineering projects
• Train and support engineering and design staff
• Handle project estimates, schedules, and material take-offs
• Conduct pole line and conductor calculations
• Collaborate with teams to maintain project timelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
• P.Eng. or PL.Eng. certification with APEGA
• Over 8 years of experience with distribution systems
• Proven project management capability
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
