Senior Pipe Stress Engineer

This role is essential within a well-established engineering firm focused on modular process systems for the oil and gas sector. You will be responsible for performing static and dynamic pipe stress analysis and ensuring all designs adhere to applicable codes and client specifications. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you'll play a key role in both upstream and midstream project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform static and dynamic pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II
• Review and approve piping isometrics and support designs
• Design and assess pipe support systems effectively
• Provide guidance to ensure stress-compliant layouts
• Prepare engineering calculations and technical documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• P.Eng. designation or eligibility to register in Alberta
• 5+ years of pipe stress analysis experience
• Proficient with CAESAR II and ASME piping codes
• Strong communication skills for technical presentations
