This position is essential in advancing education and competency in medical imaging through the creation of anatomically accurate cardiovascular phantoms. Your contributions will include using CAD software to design prototypes and employing 3D printing techniques to aid in fabrication. Working closely with a dedicated team of health and engineering experts will enhance your skills and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adapt and create cardiovascular models using medical imaging data
• Model preparation in Solid Works and similar software
• Supervise 3D printing and fabrication quality
• Maintain thorough documentation and collaborate accordingly
• Ensure models meet research compatibility standards
Requirements:
• 6 months to a year of relevant experience in CAD
• Diploma in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with 3D printing and prototyping
• Strong teamwork and documentation skills
