Lead Project Superintendent at CPECC

Step into a leadership role as Project Superintendent with China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Drive project success and ensure safety protocols are followed in a structured shift schedule.

As a Project Superintendent at CPECC, you will oversee the execution of major oil and gas projects during a 3-year term. Your leadership will enable effective supervision of maintenance and production teams, strategic procurement, and the management of stakeholder relationships. You will champion safety and health regulations within project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise production and construction onsite

• Manage procurement strategies and contractor selections

• Develop and implement Indigenous procurement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with all safety and health protocols

• Regularly inspect job sites to address potential risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline

• At least 5 years in Oil & Gas operations and HSSE

• In-depth experience with SAGD processes

• ABSA 3rd Class Power Engineering required

• Fluent in English;
Chinese communication preferred
