Position: Stantec Project Delivery Lead for Water Solutions
Transform water project management as Stantec’s Project Delivery Lead in Canada West. Focus on delivering exceptional water infrastructure projects using alternative project delivery methods.

This role is designed for an experienced leader with a strong background in water projects and Alternative Project Delivery (APD). You will work with cross-functional teams to identify risks, manage client relationships, and develop contract strategies while integrating innovative APD models. Your leadership will drive the execution of a multi-year strategic plan to enhance Stantec’s project portfolio in the water sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate successful APD project pursuits

• Collaborate with regional leadership to enhance service delivery

• Track and assess new APD opportunities in the sector

• Provide mentorship on APD contract execution

• Represent Stantec on APD committees and forums

Requirements:

• At least 15 years in water project design/construction

• Experience with collaborative APD projects

• Professional Engineer designation required

• Knowledge of Canadian water project delivery practices

• Skilled in managing project risks

Lead the charge in establishing Stantec’s leadership in innovative water project delivery across Canada West and support communities in their sustainable water management efforts.
