Lead Hydropower Infrastructure Development

WSP seeks a Regional Lead for Hydropower and Dams, focusing on strategic growth in North-Western Canada. Drive project delivery and engage with key industry partners in this high-impact role.

This pivotal position requires a leader with a strong technical background in hydropower or dams, equipped with at least 15 years of experience. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, enhance client relationships, and contribute to developing sustainable energy solutions across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead strategic initiatives to grow the region

• Strengthen client and utility relationships

• Manage major hydropower projects from inception

• Guide team proposals and client interactions

• Work with national leaders on strategic plans

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; P.Eng. required

• 15+ years of hydropower-dedicated expertise

• Strong business development track record

• Established industry relationships in Canada

• Proven ability to lead and engage stakeholders
