Senior Estimator - Oil and Gas Projects

In the Senior Estimator role, you will lead a team in developing Class VI–III capital cost estimates across a variety of projects. You will analyze project scopes, assess risk factors, and ensure all estimates are benchmarked against industry standards. Utilizing your knowledge of market trends and construction methodologies, you will strive for improvement in the estimation processes while collaborating with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure governance of capital cost estimates for projects

• Analyze scope and document assumptions and risks

• Drive the development of cost benchmarks from historical data

• Coordinate project tendering and procurement efficiently

• Present cost recommendations at stage-gate reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or similar field

• 10+ years’ experience in project estimating

• 5+ years leading capital projects

• Knowledge in oil, gas, and utilities sectors

• Advanced proficiency with Eco Sys and Microsoft tools
