Senior Stormwater Engineer Position - Stantec

In this role within Stantec's Community Development group, you'll take on essential project leadership tasks while overseeing a team dedicated to stormwater engineering. You will mentor junior staff, participate in client development, and lead industry engagement efforts. Your expertise will guide multidisciplinary teams in delivering effective stormwater solutions across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers in stormwater projects
• Drive business development and client engagement strategies
• Guide design teams on stormwater and drainage improvement
• Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analyses using relevant software
• Liaise with clients to determine project requirements
Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years of relevant experience
• Solid understanding of project management fundamentals
• Proficient with PCSWMM, AutoCAD, and GIS
• Registration with APEGA preferred
