Civil Engineer Land Development

Position: Civil Engineer for Land Development

We're looking for a Civil Land Development Engineer to enhance Dillon’s Land Development Business Unit. This role provides an opportunity for both project management and engineering tasks like site grading, watermain design, and erosion control. The ideal candidate will coordinate with stakeholders while fostering the development of junior engineers and ensuring project compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling and quality assurance on project tasks

• Design and prepare civil engineering documents

• Facilitate communication among project teams and approval agencies

• Oversee post-construction activities and invoicing

• Lead and mentor junior team members in engineering practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline

• Minimum 5 years experience in civil project management

• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred

• Strong knowledge of Stormwater Management

• Exceptional report writing and leadership skills
