WSP is seeking a skilled Municipal Design Engineer for its Calgary team. You will contribute to designing and delivering municipal and land development projects that improve infrastructure and community living. Your work will span multiple areas including water resources and roadway design.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and oversee municipal infrastructure projects
• Develop comprehensive analyses and technical documentation
• Guide junior staff and provide technical oversight
• Monitor projects during construction through field reviews
• Coordinate with municipal authorities for project success
Requirements:
• 5-10 years in municipal infrastructure or land development
• Civil engineering degree from an accredited institution
• Required professional engineering designation in Alberta
• Strong understanding of municipal and environmental guidelines
• Familiarity with Alberta municipalities and First Nations is preferred
