This on-site role within Flair’s Technical Services team focuses on providing essential technical engineering support for aircraft engines and powerplant systems. You will collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues, develop improvement recommendations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for aircraft operations and maintenance

• Analyze powerplant reliability data for corrective actions

• Review borescope inspections against OEM standards

• Liaise with OEMs on airworthiness matters

• Support engine shop visits and technical communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

• Minimum 5 years in powerplant systems, preferably with CFM/LEAP engines

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Experience with engine leasing and compliance regulations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
