In this position, you'll mentor the Distribution Engineering team, ensuring high standards in design and execution. You will collaborate with project managers and clients to authenticate engineering deliverables and resolve any technical challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and lead the creation of distribution engineering packages

• Guide and mentor junior engineering staff

• Prepare accurate project proposals and schedules

• Execute engineering calculations related to distribution designs

• Ensure all designs meet regulatory standards and requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification

• APEGA registered as P.Eng. or PL.Eng.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience

• Strong expertise in distribution design

• Effective communication and leadership skills
