Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project cost estimates and reports

• Maintain cost record databases and documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or similar

• 3 to 5 years of relevant estimating experience

• Strong knowledge of estimating methodologies

• Excellent computer skills, especially in Excel

• Ability to analyze and interpret technical documents
