Join our team in Calgary as a Geotechnical Engineer, specializing in site investigation and foundation design. Contribute your expertise to significant construction projects.
We are looking for an experienced Geotechnical Engineer with 3+ years in the field to support infrastructure developments through comprehensive analysis and design. Your work will include evaluating subsurface conditions, drafting technical documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan geotechnical investigations and perform analyses
• Interpret laboratory data and geotechnical reports
• Develop engineering specifications for foundations and slopes
• Assist in project planning and cost estimates
• Conduct site visits and provide construction support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
• Relevant experience of 3+ years in geotechnical roles
• Knowledge of Canadian engineering standards
• Proficient with engineering tools like AutoCAD
• P.Eng. designation is preferred
