In this senior role, you’ll engage with a multidisciplinary team to manage mine water resources throughout all life mine phases. Your expertise in hydrology and hydraulics is essential as you lead water balance and quality model development and oversee critical project tasks. Collaborating with hydrologists and engineers, you will address complex water quantity and quality challenges while supporting clients across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead mine water management projects from assessment to closure
• Conduct surface water assessments and model development
• Design water management infrastructure and validate outcomes
• Prepare detailed technical reports documenting findings
• Collaborate with teams to ensure project success
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant mine water management experience
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in related field preferred
• Proficient with hydrologic modeling tools
• Professional Engineering registration preferred
• Strong communication and project management skills
