Reporting to the Engineering Lead, you will take charge of designing, reviewing, and optimizing utility distribution projects. With 4-8 years of experience, you will focus on accurate estimations and high-quality design documentation, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success. Your expertise in electrical codes and standards will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct engineering calculations for design purposes
• Manage multiple concurrent proposals and projects
• Prepare accurate BOMs for procurement processes
• Facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams
• Ensure delivery of quality designs within project timelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent diploma
• Registration as P.Eng or PL.Eng with APEGA
• 4-8 years in electrical distribution design experience
• Familiar with design software and electrical codes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
