Your Opportunity  Our Transportation group provides comprehensive planning, design, and engineering services for all phases of aviation, bridge, rail, roadway, and transit projects. We’re looking for a Roads CAD technician/technologist to work as a team member on small and large projects supported and guided by our leadership team. Work includes a variety of tasks which may include assisting with the plans for structures and facilities such as bridges, railroads, roads, airports, and other projects.

The role includes many business development and account management career opportunities, paired with the training to excel. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who wants to be involved in exciting local, regional, national, and international projects while developing a skillset that they will carry throughout their career.

Key Responsibilities   Use knowledge of tools and drafting to complete assigned tasks including 2D and 3D model development, completing design changes, general arrangement drawing production, redlining, plotting, and drafting using CAD platforms
Perform thorough quality control (QA/QC) of models and sheet files for standards compliance, discipline coordination and ensure comments have been addressed by the responsible CAD technician/technologist and others as required
Work closely with engineers and senior designers on assigned projects
Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned
