As a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Modine, you will drive operational excellence on a global scale. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze operational processes for better throughput and waste reduction
• Lead root cause analysis for production and logistics challenges
• Deploy Lean and Six Sigma methodologies effectively
• Collaborate with IT, Logistics, and Operations for scalable improvements
• Develop standard work and training materials for best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
• Minimum 3 years in industrial or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
