We are seeking an experienced I&C Engineer with over five years in Instrumentation and Controls for SAGD projects. You will work on various tasks including the detailed design of control narratives, instrument sizing, and the generation of construction packages. This role involves evaluating control systems, conducting vendor meetings, and supporting system commissioning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide instrumentation design support for multidisciplinary teams
• Analyze measurement and control instrument selection
• Generate bid evaluations and purchase requisitions for control valves
• Review instrumentation and mechanical vendor drawings
• Support DCS and PLC programming teams during projects
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Instrumentation and Controls for SAGD projects
• Expert in Emerson DeltaV control systems
• Strong knowledge of process flow and measurement devices
• Proven project execution across all phases
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA
