Join SLB's Symmetry Process Solution team as an experienced Process Simulation Engineer. Your expertise in steady-state and dynamic simulation models will support oil and gas operations, refining, chemicals, and alternative energy applications. Key responsibilities include process optimization, feasibility studies, and contributing to digital twin initiatives to ensure reliable plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and calibrate steady-state and dynamic simulation models
• Perform process studies for design and optimization
• Identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency and capacity
• Support real-time optimization and operator training simulators
• Prepare technical documents and recommendations for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a technical role
• Proficient in process simulation software
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics
• Programming experience with Python or similar tools
