The Pit Supervisor ensures that all gaming rules and procedures are strictly adhered to in accordance with the Casino Internal Controls and Guidelines while complying with Alberta Gaming & Liquor Commission (AGLC) terms and conditions. The Pit Supervisor promotes the values of the Casino by example at all times and encourages others to do the same. They ensure first‑rate customer service with quick efficient table game procedures.

They act as initial contact in their designated area when a guest raises a complaint and will inform management respectively.

• Completed education relevant to the service industry
• Specific education relevant to money transactions and games procedures
• Demonstrated experience as a Multi‑Game Dealer with a full knowledge and experience in dealing the following games:
  Blackjack, Baccarat, Proprietary Games, Roulette and either Pai Gow Tiles or Craps.
• Computer literacy

• Knowledge of advantage and cheating at play on games being supervised.
• Experience and full knowledge of rules and procedures in all table games offered.
• Accurate and clear, concise reporting.
• Customer service experience and well‑developed leadership skills.
