Part-time Receptionist

The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for over 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Part-time Receptionist to join the Wood Automotive Group! The successful candidate is an outgoing, friendly, customer-oriented, reliable, and organized individual. The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and screening visitors, answering and referring inbound telephone calls in a friendly manner, and ensuring the accuracy of profiles and log sheets.

• Wednesdays: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Thursdays: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturdays:
  Rotating shifts (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
