As a Slot Attendant, your core purpose is to provide exceptional customer service while managing cash float and attending to machine maintenance. You’ll handle guest inquiries and complaints, promoting a welcoming atmosphere. Teamwork and cooperation are key to ensuring the slot floor is in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
• Administer jackpots and perform machine diagnostics
• Ensure presentation standards on the slot floor
• Monitor and report any safety or risk issues
• Facilitate communication among associates on the gaming floor
Requirements:
• Must maintain an AGLC Gaming Worker's license
• Available for all shifts including nights and weekends
• Strong English language skills for communication
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to adjust quickly to changes in conditions
