In this vital position, you will organize various events while ensuring top-notch service for members and sponsors. Key tasks include managing budgets, securing venues, and coordinating logistics for each event in collaboration with internal teams and sponsors. Strong multitasking skills are essential as you navigate multiple event projects smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct venue and vendor research for optimal event planning
• Prepare and monitor event budgets consistently throughout projects
• Liaise with sponsors and internal teams for seamless logistics
• Support onsite execution and preparation of event materials
• Enhance attendee experience through effective registration support
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant event experience required
• Degree or certificate in Event Management preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills needed for daily tasks
• Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization
• Flexibility in working hours is essential for events
