Sponsorship & Events Coordinator

Step into a dynamic setting with the Calgary Chamber as a Sponsorship and Events Coordinator. This role emphasizes administrative prowess and coordination to deliver engaging business events.

In this full-time position, you'll play a critical role in organizing the Chamber's array of events and ensuring excellent member and sponsor service. Your tasks will range from budget management to coordinating logistics for each event, all while working closely with internal teams and sponsors. This position requires strong multitasking skills to juggle a variety of event projects seamlessly.

• Conduct venue and vendor research for event planning
• Prepare and monitor event budgets consistently
• Liaise with sponsors and internal teams for logistics
• Support onsite event execution and materials preparation
• Enhance attendee experience through registration support

• At least 2 years of relevant event experience
• Degree or certificate in Event Management preferred
• Robust Microsoft Office skills required
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Must be adaptable regarding working hours
