Position: Event Host for Flash Co
Flash Co. needs an engaging Event Host based in Calgary to deliver excellent service at weddings, corporate events, and parties. This part-time role is perfect for someone excited about hands-on event management.

In this dynamic position, you will set up and manage photo booths while ensuring guests are comfortable and entertained. Handling equipment loading and troubleshooting on-site is crucial, as is driving to multiple locations around Calgary. Evening and weekend availability is essential in this casual employment model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fetch and load equipment from Flash Co. HQ

• Navigate to events throughout Calgary and beyond

• Set up booths and carry out quality checks

• Interact positively with guests during events

• Pack down and return equipment post-event

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle

• Capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs of equipment

• Comfortable driving at night and in all weather

• Available primarily Thursday through Sunday

• Previous experience in hospitality or events preferred
