As a Seasonal Midway Games Operator, you will report to the Guest Services Manager and become the face of our Midway Games.

Your role requires outgoing enthusiasm to connect with guests in a nostalgic 1910s environment, ensuring their enjoyment and satisfaction. This position demands attention to detail in game setup, handling cash transactions, and maintaining high cleanliness and organization standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage guests with charisma to attract visitors

• Maintain games and report any safety concerns promptly

• Address customer feedback to enhance guest experience

• Help set up seasonal events and merchandise displays

• Perform basic opening and closing cash duties with accuracy

Requirements:

• Experience in retail or specialty environments preferred

• Flexibility and willingness to learn different operations

• Strong communication skills in a client-focused setting

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Must pass a Police Information Check for employment
