This position requires active involvement in managing VIP relationships, helping to foster loyal attendance. You'll coordinate personalized events, track player data, and contribute to our brand's commitment to excellence in guest services. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is vital for providing feedback on guest experiences and improving engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage VIP guests through tailored marketing initiatives
• Track and analyze VIP player engagement and preferences
• Maintain clean and organized event areas for guest enjoyment
• Handle guest concerns and feedback promptly
• Complete post-event reports for administrative analysis
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Casino Host preferred
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills
• Must obtain necessary gaming licenses and checks
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends
