Contemporary Coachwork South, part of the Auto Canada dealer network, is hiring for a Parts Clerk role. In this position, you'll serve as the main contact for technicians and customers seeking vehicle parts. Your duties will include accurately identifying parts using specialized software, managing inventory, and processing sales, all while ensuring outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage parts supply

• Handle incoming shipments, verify and inspect parts received

• Prepare outgoing shipments to meet customer orders

• Coordinate timely internal parts requests with the service department

• Conduct cycle counts and audits for inventory accuracy

Requirements:

• Experience in parts inventory is an asset

• Prior dealership experience is preferred

• Familiarity with CDK software is advantageous

• Strong English communication skills

• Self-motivated with excellent time management
