Elevate guest experiences as a Slot Attendant at our casino, bringing your enthusiasm and communication skills to the forefront. This role emphasizes teamwork with a focus on service excellence.

As a Slot Attendant under the supervision of the Slots Manager, you'll play a vital role in assisting guests on the gaming floor. Your tasks will include administering jackpots, ensuring compliance with policies, and balancing daily cash floats. Your interpersonal skills will aid in addressing complaints and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality customer service on the slot floor

• Administer jackpots and manage machine diagnostics

• Balance assigned cash float and report counterfeit bills

• Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly

• Promote the Casino’s Players Club actively

Requirements:

• Maintain a valid gaming worker’s license and security clearance

• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts

• Reliable transportation is necessary

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced work conditions

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
