As the Events Manager, you'll coordinate local activations, trade shows, and the flagship Benevity Live conference for over 600 global professionals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product Marketing and Sales to ensure exceptional attendee experiences and strong business outcomes. Your ability to manage logistics seamlessly is critical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute all in-person events, ensuring on-site success
• Develop event strategies aligned with revenue goals
• Manage end-to-end logistics: venues, staffing, and execution
• Collaborate on communications to boost attendance and engagement
• Track event performance metrics for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 2+ years of event planning and execution experience
• Ability to manage multiple events under pressure
• Data-informed mindset for measuring event success
• Proficient in Hub Spot and Salesforce
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time
