This role requires you to manage direct interactions with VIP players, emphasizing loyalty and personalized service. You will take charge of event planning, budget management, and operational logistics while supporting CRM initiatives to strengthen player engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Build trust-based relationships with VIP players

• Oversee local market budget for events and promotions

• Monitor individual player performance metrics

• Plan and coordinate engaging player events

• Assist CRM team with campaign execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in hospitality or gaming industry

• Previous leadership experience a plus

• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities

• Comfortable representing the brand in person

• Willingness to travel within Alberta
